AbroadPath Africa

About Us

AbroadPath Africa exists for one reason: so that anyone in Nigeria or across Africa who wants to work or study abroad can understand the whole process, step by step, without paying a fake agent or getting lost in confusing information.

Too many people lose money and time to wrong advice, outdated blog posts and “guaranteed visa” scams. We believe the process should be clear, honest and free to understand.

What we do

We write detailed, plain-English guides on three paths:

  • Work abroad: work visas, job-seeker visas, visa sponsorship and getting your qualifications recognised.
  • Study abroad: admission, study visas and permits, proof of funds and tuition.
  • Study, then work: courses that lead to post-study work, student work rules and graduate visas.

Every guide explains each step, shows the real costs in the official currency and in naira, and links you straight to the official government page where you apply.

What we don’t do

We are not a visa agency, recruitment agency, law firm or licensed immigration adviser. We don’t process applications, sell jobs or promise visas. Only the government of each country decides who gets a visa. Our job is to help you understand the process so you can apply yourself, correctly and confidently.

How we keep our guides accurate

  • Every fee, requirement and rule is checked on the official government website.
  • Every guide shows the date it was last checked.
  • We review our guides regularly and update them when rules change.
  • If you spot something out of date, tell us through our Contact page and we’ll check it.

Meet the founder

AbroadPath Africa was founded by James Christian Unya. He started it to give Nigerians and Africans honest, step-by-step information about working and studying abroad, with every guide linked to official government sources.

You’ll find his notes, the “De Auditor’s note” boxes, inside our guides. They’re practical tips, from one Nigerian to another.

Yes, It is me. I’m the De Auditor
